What is The Residence Club?
The Residence Club is a private, member-owned residential club with luxurious two, three, and four-bedroom residences and an elegant clubhouse. It is located on the grounds of Tucker's Point Club, adjacent to the club's championship golf course and new Hotel and spa. Use of the residences and clubhouse is shared by Residence Club owners who enjoy frequent and flexible Residence Club lodging privileges.

What are the advantages of a Residence Club ownership?
The Residence Club has been designed to provide more convenience, services and amenities than are provided by an equally luxurious vacation home. Owners enjoy generous and flexible vacation use. The Residence Club removes the worries typically associated with vacation home ownership and significantly reduces the financial burden through shared ownership.

How often can owners use The Residence Club?
As often as they wish, subject to reservation policies and procedures. Owners have the flexibility of reserving club vacations well in advance, and also of coming on a short-notice, space-available basis. Each year, owners reserve 21 days of planned vacations in advance. This leaves additional occupancy for Space-Available Vacations. If each owner uses the club equally, they would have access to 36 days of lodging per year. There is no limit to the amount of use . If some owners visit their Residence Club less, other owners can visit more.

Can owners reserve more than one residence during the same time period?
Yes. Because owners are not restricted to a particular residence, they can reserve more than one residence of their ownership type at any given time.

How is ownership evidenced?
Each Residence Club owner receives a deeded real estate interest in a residence and an ownership interest in the clubhouse and common facilities.

As an owner, do I have Tucker's Point Golf, Beach & Tennis Club privileges?
Yes. Residence Club ownership includes full membership in the prestigious Tucker's Point Golf, Beach & Tennis Club. Owners pay only cart fees when playing the Tucker's Point Club course and may invite guests to play the golf course for the standard guest-of-member fee. They also have unlimited access to the Beach and Tennis Club. Residence Club owners need not be lodging at their Residence Club while in Bermuda to enjoy Golf, Beach & Tennis Club privileges.

If I were not a Residence Club owner, how much would I pay for a membership in the Tucker's Point Golf, Beach & Tennis Club?
Full memberships are currently priced at $100,000 and annual dues are $6,300

Is the Residence Club a timeshare development?
No. The Bermuda Government recognises Residence Club ownership as real estate ownership. Timeshare is the ownership (or right to use) of only a specific week and lodging is limited to a specific unit. Residence Club owners have access to all Club residences of their ownership type, and all Residence Club facilities, with the right to use anytime, subject to reservation policies.

How many ownerships will be sold?
The Residence Club strictly limits the number of ownerships to no more than ten per each residence. Plans call for a total of 34 villas and only 340 owners.

Can a Residence Club ownership be resold?
Yes. Like any other form of real estate ownership in Bermuda, Residence Club ownerships can be sold or transferred by the owner, subject to the Residence Club ownership documents.

Will owners always stay in the same residence?
No. Although ownership is deeded in a specific residence, owners have equal access to all residences of their ownership type. This greatly enhances the flexibility of access when owners wish to stay at their Residence Club. Owners may request a specific residence and this request will be granted when possible, according to the Reservations Policies and Procedures.

If I purchase, when will I begin enjoying Residence Club owner privileges?
Immediately. Upon signing a Residence Club purchase agreement, owners have full privileges at the Tucker's Point Golf, Beach & Tennis Club (subject to the standard Golf, Beach & Tennis membership application policies).
